Добрый день.

Все настроил по мануалу.

При попытке добавить аккаунт получаю в лог

собственно в портале аккаунт не появляется.

статус в биллинге удален, пакеты добавить не дает, мотивирует что невозможно добавить продукт на приостановленном аккаунте

что не сделал, или сделал нет так?

При попытке логина пишет not found - может имя пользователя другое?

Настраиваю работу с iptvportal, ситуация аналогичная. Пока ответа от техподдержки портала нет, прошу уточнить (лог - мой) :

Получил ответ от техподдержки портала:

В логах по вашему домену ничего нет. Потому что адрес авторизации неверный. Вероятно bgbilling выдали вам какую-то версию для локального mw. В облаке такой вариант адреса работать не может.
При этом в логах биллинга ответ об ошибке есть, tcpdump показывает, что ответ от адреса авторизации приходит.

UPD проблема авторизации решилась прописью в конфиге устройства:

om.url=https://domain.iptvportal.ru:443/api/jsonrpc/

Мб, стОит внести это в документацию, так как в ней говорится, что достаточно в поле "Хост/порт" на устройстве, вписать адрес, а в моем случае такой вариант не работал?
